Town (Pvt.) Ltd. Lahore was established as a joint venture project
of Bahria Foundation in January 1997. Spread over an area of
more than 10,000 Kanals land, it has been devised by the renowned
town planners, who conceived and established the highly reputed
modern town schemes of Bahria Town.

We have developed natural habitats for the

parks at Bahria Town Lahore. These parks house large
varieties of wild animals and exquisite birds, like
deer, Urals, rabbits, golden hens, pheasants, peacocks,

and Transport Services
Bahria
Town areas are closely guarded by the Bahria Security Guards
round the clock, for the safety of property and life is our
top priority.
In order to make Bahria Town easily accessible to all, negotiations
are under way with private transporters to ply regular transport
from Lahore Railway Station to the site.

Sector
‘A’ and ‘B’
In
keeping with our objective of creating an exclusive residential
environment, we have given special attention to the development
of our Sector ‘A’ project. Located at the right bank of the
Lahore Canal, it directly faces Sector ‘B’ on the opposite canal
bank. A fully furnished Model House has been completed and is
ready for sale. Bahria Town Post Office CPO 1222 is fully operational
and mail can be send on this address. While the construction
of a Police Station and Bank will begin in the near future.
Developed plots of 10 marlas and 1-2 Kanals are presently being
handed over to our members for construction.
All development activities in Sector "B" are almost
complete, which offers 10 Marla’s and 1-2 Kanals plots.

in our developed Sector “A”..

Low-cost
Scheme
After the encouraging success of our ‘Low-cost Scheme,’ consisting
of 5-7 Marla’s for the low-income group at Rawalpindi/Islamabad,
we launched a similar scheme of 5-8 Marla’s at Bahria Town Lahore.
It is adjacent to our Sector ‘B’ project and is undergoing a
rapid development, sewerage and water work is complete roads
are being asphalted.3rd block of this scheme will be completed
by middle of 2004. We are happy to state that this project met
an overwhelming response, resulting in complete allotment of
over 2,000 plots in a very short span of time.
