Bahria Homes are especially designed on grid frame structure which makes them seismic proof. The foundation has been laid on raft footings which make them more resistant to the earthquake.

For the development of this project we have acquired the services of Areaa , Turkey 's leading construction company with a vast experience in mega projects across Central Asia, Middle East and the Russian Republics.

Areaa has mastered this technology, as they originate from Turkey , which lies in the seismic zone.

Areaa will complete the project on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) basis and will eventually transfer the technology of building the earthquake resistant homes.
