Seeing Mr. Malik Riaz's commitment in delivering this project to his countrymen, it was a very easy decision for me to accept his invitation and come to Pakistan as the project manager of this project. I have visited other Bahria Town developments here which are at par with international standards; Awami Villas will conform to the existing standards of Bahria Towns and will most surely exceed your expectations.
Previously I was heading this project in Malaysia where I have successfully completed over 12,000 of these units. My 11 member team has also joined me from Malaysia . We will be heading the plant here for 3 years before handing it over to the people on the Transfer of Technology basis.
I am overwhelmed by the response of the people here. Thousands of people visit the model houses daily. They tell us that they are anxiously waiting for the project to be launched in their city as well and are grateful to the Bahria Town Management for initiating this project.
