LAST DAY FOR AWAMI VILLAS APPLICATION SUBMISSION [Islamabad , PAKISTAN]

Today was the last day to submit the Awami Villas Application forms. Applicants poured in at over 100 locations nation wide submitting their application forms. There were long queues in front of the offices and the banks, which remained open till late at night to service the applicants. Special counters were set up to facilitate the customers.

For the first time in Pakistan a property developer has taken the initiative to address to the need of the masses. People turned up in large numbers at the model houses to view the houses constructed and gain insights on the new technology deployed.

With the tremendous response of Awami Villas, Bahria Town is now all set to open a new chapter in the housing and construction sector of Pakistan .

Awami Villas is an exclusive project of Bahria Town which caters to the demands of the lower income class and will help arrest the widening gap between the demand and supply of the houses in the country. The project for the first time introduces pre-fabricated technology for building houses, the Italian plant for which has been imported from Malaysia . An eleven member Malaysian team will be leading the plant for three years before handing over the plant to the local team here in Pakistan .
