By the grace of Almighty in a short span of 10 years only Bahria Town has matured to be the biggest private real estate developer in Asia . My vision is to provide quality housing to the nation at affordable prices. I have been struggling to bridge the annual shortage of 3 quarter of a million houses by setting up mini cities in Lahore and Islamabad .
I personally met Dr. Mahathir Mohamad (Former Malaysian Prime Minister) to share his learning's on delivering prefabricated housing solutions to the underprivileged. The prefabrication plant for this project has been imported from Malaysia on transfer of technology basis. The whole concept revolves around the pillars of community living which is also our proud heritage.
I am taking this initiative without any profit motivations. I am providing the land free of cost to our members; we all know the current land prices are greater than the selling price of one unit. I hope to recover my capital from the commercial property in due course of time.
I am thankful to Almighty Allah for providing me the strength to fulfill my dreams and making Bahria Town the phenomenal success that it is today.
