Under Transfer of Technology plan Bahria Town has imported the production unit for providing this housing solution from Sarawak , Malaysia . This Italian plant will be managed by the Malaysian team for the next 3 years ensuring international standards and quality finishes. This technology which has matured over last 20 years has already built thousands of houses worldwide including 12,000 houses in Sarawak , Malaysia . The same technology has been used and successfully implemented in Australia , South America , South Africa and the Middle East .

This technology manufactures the home building materials for a lower price as compared to the conventional construction method. It provides the best quality product for maximum durability and aesthetic appeal at the best price.

The infrastructure will house all the facilities and amenities of life such as school, college, hospitals, parks, commercial areas, mosques and community club.

The Phase I of the project has been launched in Bahria Town Islamabad, adjacent to the D.H.A Phase 2 Extension and Raiwind Road Lahore .
