Note:  The selection of material in the upgrade list will solely depend upon the owners choice.  For the External & Internal Finishes, we have also a wide variety of options, that will be upon the owner's discretion. These upgrades will be done by the Bahria Town's Design Wing. The cost for the upgraded materials will be announced later.
